Tempeh Chips

These are best made by simply slicing fresh tempeh thinly across the block and then shallow pan-frying in coconut, peanut or sunflower oil (GMOFree) until crisp and golden brown. Drain, sprinkle with soy sauce and lime juice. Serve with your favourite dip or sauce while piping hot.
